Code of Conduct in Dental
In additional to the Kuraray Group Code of Conduct which all employees of the Kuraray Group must follow, this Code of Conduct reflects Kuraray America, Inc.’s Dental Division’s commitment to acting in a responsible, ethical, and lawful way. As a manufacturing company operating in the healthcare sector, Kuraray is subject to a number of laws and regulations, but first and foremost, Kuraray has a commitment to our product end-users and realizing our mission of developing new fields of business using pioneering technology that improves the environment and enhances the quality of life throughout the world.
Our compliance with this policy is mandatory and applies to all Kuraray employees in the Dental Division.

Transfer of Value Reporting
Kuraray is committed to ethical and transparent relationships with healthcare professionals, and has established a policy to ensure that we comply with all applicable laws and regulations and as a reminder that patient health is always of paramount importance.
The United States federal transparency reporting program implemented through Section 6002 of the Affordable Care Act, requires manufacturers of Covered Drugs or Devices to report to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in a standardized electronic format no later than March 31st of every year, the aggregate amount of all payments or transfers of value, made to any physician or teaching hospital during the prior calendar year. Kuraray additionally follows any state reporting requirements that are applicable to its dental business.
