Liner Bond 2V is a two-step bond, while DC Bond is a single-step product which requires the mixture of an A and B liquid. Both products are dual-cure. DC Bond is applied for 20 seconds, while the Liner Bond 2V primer alone is is applied for 30 seconds. Liner Bond 2V can be used to bond fresh amalgam, while DC Bond is not recommended for this use.
