Why isn’t PANAVIA 21 setting properly when I seat my crowns?

The mixing time for PANAVIA 21, as with almost all resin cements, is 20 seconds. Please make sure to thoroughly mix the catalyst and universal paste for the recommended time. In addition, make sure to apply ED Primer, as directed, on the tooth preparation before seating a prosthesis with PANAVIA 21. ED Primer is formulated to initiate the cure of PANAVIA 21, and completes its final set at 3 minutes after insertion.
