In July 2021, Kuraray Noritake Dental Inc. (President: Satoshi Yamaguchi), having a Head Office in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, entered into a patent-license agreement with B&D Dental Corp., having a Head Office in West Valley City, Utah. The agreement includes patented zirconia applications (device and methods), under a license of B&D Dental Corp.’s U.S. Patent No. 8,936,848 and 12 related patents owned by B&D Dental Corp. Through this agreement, B&D Dental Corp. and Kuraray Noritake Dental Inc. aim to further develop the companies’ respective zirconia businesses.
