CERABIEN™ MiLai is a new porcelain system specifically designed for the purpose of offering a less complex micro-layering technique that produces the desired outcomes, even when esthetic expectations are high. Its compact lineup of low-fusing porcelains and internal stains supports efficient, economical finishing procedures that deliver outstanding esthetics on the first attempt.
CERABIEN™ MiLai was created to focus on monolithic restorations and offers an extensive shade range to support surface glazing and staining with 31 Paint Pastes. For surface contouring and characterization, the system also includes 6 Build Pastes. For dental technicians seeking an even higher level of esthetic detail, CERABIEN™ MiLai provides 36 Micro-Layering Porcelains and 15 Internal Stains designed for use with the cut-back technique.
Due to the low firing temperature of all system components (740°C/1,364°F), CERABIEN™ MiLai is compatible not only with zirconia but also with silicate ceramics, such as IPS e.max substructures. This means fewer porcelain lines are needed, inventory is reduced, and decision-making is simplified.
CERABIEN™ MiLai—like all porcelains from Kuraray Noritake Dental—is based on synthetic feldspathic porcelain technology to ensure consistent handling properties and predictable outcomes. Its material structure and particle distribution resemble those of natural teeth, and its properties remain stable even after multiple firing cycles, giving dental technicians exactly what they expect. Its tooth shades are fluorescent, adding to the vitality and lifelike appearance of restorations.
