Which bonding agent is recommended for use with DC CORE PLUS?
DC CORE PLUS is a dual-cure core material which can be used with CLEARFIL™ Universal Bond Quick 2 for optimum results.
Can a dual-cure adhesive be used with DC CORE PLUS?
The preferred bonding agent would be CLEARFIL™ Universal Bond Quick 2, since the combination of both this bonding agent and the DC CORE PLUS allows for post cementation without using an additional bottle.
What is the curing depth by light for DC CORE PLUS?
DC CORE PLUS can be cured with both a Halogen or LED light using the following guidelines:
10 seconds = 1.5mm
20 seconds = 2.0mm
Should DC CORE PLUS be allowed to self-cure?
Light-curing from both the labial and lingual sides for ten (10) seconds is recommended, as well as allowing the material to chemically cure for six (6) minutes.
