CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 is a light-cure, radiopaque restorative composite resin that contains a proprietary nano-filled composite filler and a high refractive matrix.

The CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 shade guides are made of actual composite material, not plastic. The shade tab will match the composite resin expressed from the syringe/PLT both before and after curing. CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 exhibits virtually no post-cure color change.

1. The light-diffusion of CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 offers superior blending to tooth structure.

2. This system is very easy to select the accurate value level.

3. The opacity and translucency can be adjusted by using just an enamel and dentin shade (according to the Biomimetic Layering Technique). The enamel shade is used to replace enamel; the dentin shade is used to replace dentin.

CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 will be supplied in syringe, as well as PLT delivery (PLT means pre-loaded tip).

There are 18 different CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 Classic Shades available. They are A1, A2, A3, A3.5, A4, A6, B1, B2, B3, B4, C1, C2, C3, C4, D2, D3, XW, W. The syringes are 3.6g each and the PLT’s are 0.25g each.

There are 14 CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 Premium Shades available. They are A1E & A1D; A2E & A2D; A3E & A3D; A3.5E & A3.5D; A4E & A4D; XWE & XWD; WE & WD. The syringes are 3.6g each and the PLT’s are 0.25g each. There are 7 combinations of enamel and dentin shades for a total of 14 shades.

There are 4 CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 Transluscent shades available. They are Clear, Amber, Blue, Gray. The syringes are 1.8g each and the PLTs are 0.25g each.

Yes. CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 has a significantly longer working time than competitive products (over 4 minutes under ambient light). Having a longer working time is beneficial when placing the anatomy.

Yes. CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 provide an exact match to the VITA Classical Shade Guide.

The recommended uses for CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 include the following:

1. Direct restorations for all cavity classes in anterior/posterior teeth.

2. Direct veneers.

3. Correction of tooth position and tooth shape (ex. Diastema closure, dwarfed tooth, etc.).

4. Intraoral repairs of fractured restoration.

CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 Classic Shades can be applied in a single layer, and does not require multi-layering. he light refracts when striking the restoration (LD technology), and the composite has a chameleon effect. The material will take on the color of surrounding tooth structure.

Translucent shades can be used to enhance characterization, such as mammelons. Amber can be used to provide warmth; Blue can provide a whitening effect.

The weight percent by filler content of CLEARFIL MAJESTY™ ES-2 is 78 wt% (66 vol%).

Classic shades can be used for all cases. Premium shades are suggested for those dentists who like to have a more natural appearance or for a large cavity in the aterior area. The balance of opacity and translucency can be adjusted by using both enamel and dentin-specific shades.
