How does this work?
Kuraray rebates your preferred distributor a portion of the product cost so that it can pass the savings onto you.
Are there any rules that I need to follow?
Ideally you would start with your chosen distributor, and it would contact Kuraray on your behalf for verification of your eligibility. Each program has a few different aspects; Kuraray will help you to understand those differences.
Who determines my final price?
Your chosen distributor.
Why do I need to go through an authorized distributor?
Our authorized distributors will deliver authentic Kuraray products packaged and approved for sale in the United Sates or Canada. In most cases the next day in the quantities you desire.
Why does Kuraray use distributors?
Distributors are the greatest asset to your practice and can help you provide exceptional patient care through the services they provide.
Can I still get free goods promotions?
You would become ineligible for free goods as the preferred pricing will help offset those values. Not waiting for free goods to arrive is preferred by most Special Markets customers.
